The process is simple!

You can either bring to our office or Email us the following:

1. Purchase Order.

2. Quotation.

3. Certificate of Incorporation

4. Company Extract.

5. Proof of Address .

6. Company and Director ITC Report

7. Certified Omang/ID

8. Bank Statement for the last 3 Months.

The process is Simple!

Step 1:

Eligibility and Essential Terms:

• The following terms must be fulfilled;

1. The entity is a company which provides either Goods or Services to another registered company or to a Government Department.

2. An invoice has been issued.

3. The company is in possession of a signed delivery note

4. Payment terms of between 7 to 60 days.

Step 2:

Document Signing

• Once your eligibility is approved, we will commence our procedure forthwith.

The necessary documents will be signed contingent upon everything being in order.

Step 3:

Payment Advance

• We will advance money against the invoiced amount

Step 4:

Transaction Completed!

• Once the receiving company has paid the invoice, we will deduct the loan amount outstanding and transfer to you straightaway the full remainder of the balance.

Done!

Purchase order is a Government or Private Company issued order of goods or services which is done through a tender system.

Initial loan approvals take around 2 hours.

Once approved you can provide all the necessary documents, fill in agreements and will receive payment within one to two days.

Our interest rate starts as low as 5% per month for GPO and LPO and 15% for Private Companies orders.

However, we have different loan products, hence the interest is based on the loan product you select.

Drive straight towards Molepolole Road / Mogoditshane along Willie Seboni Road for about 1km, pass through the first stop sign, then carry on straight towards the traffic lights. At the Traffic lights junction, continue straight for about 200m, 'Responsible Lending Group' will be on your left-hand side just before ‘Stay Well Hotel’ on the opposite side.

From Molepolole Road:

From the Main Junction (A12 and Willie Seboni Road);

Drive straight towards ‘Pula Spar’ along Willie Seboni Road, Drive for about half a kilometre, ’Responsible Lending Group' will be further on your right-hand side, just after you pass 'Stay Well Hotel' on the opposite side.

We are located in Plot 64517 Unit 51 The Office, Fairgrounds.

From Shell Filling Station Fairgrounds (Boipuso Hall Entrance):

Drive straight until passing Botswana Accountancy College (BAC) , Upon reaching the Ministry of Transport and Public Works building which will be on the left-hand side. Turn left (Access Bank will be on you right hand side). Drive straight until reaching the roundabout. At the roundabout carry on straight, then ‘The Office’ building will be on your right-hand side, adjacent to Botswana Development Corporation (BDC).

From KPMG Office: Coming from River Walk Shopping Centre, turn left at the KPMG building, then first left turn.

Drive straight until reaching the roundabout. At the roundabout carry on straight. ‘The Office’ building will be on your left-hand side.

Note: Kindly park at the visitor’s parking. The reception office is on the first floor.

From Palapye Junction:

On the A1 Road, facing Francistown, drive straight along the A1 Road and cross the Railway line.After Crossing the Railway line, take the first turn left in to the Mall. We are Located at the Shoprite / Woolworths Entrance Upstairs, directly above Markham. 

From Francistown:

Along A1 Road, facing Gaborone, drive straight down the Road. Before the Railway, take the right turn into to Diphalane Mall. We are Located at the Shoprite / Woolworths Entrance Upstairs, directly above Markham.

From BMC Traffic Lights (Coming from Palapye)

Turn right at the Traffic Lights into Kazungula Road. PetroHyper filling station will be on your left-hand side. Drive straight down the road for approximately 3 KM until you reach the T Junction. At the T Junction turn left into Marang Road. Drive straight down Marang Road for approximately 3 KM. You will pass an Engen Filling Station on the right-hand side, Tati River Lodge on your Left-hand side, Cresta Marang Hotel on your left-hand side. Drive straight down until you reach the Traffic Lights.

At the traffic lights, turn Right into Dinokwe Drive, then Immediate Right into Sunshine Plaza Mall. We are located next to Nando’s Restaurant inside the Mall.

From Town Center Facing Palapye

Drive towards the Bridge (Spaghetti) and exit at the left exit to Marang Road, facing Nyangabgwe Hospital, drive straight down Marang Road, pass Nyangabgwe Hospital on the Left-hand side. Keep driving straight down the Marang Road until you reach a 4-Way Junction with Traffic Lights (Marang Road and Phillip Matante Drive). KFC Restaurant and Sefalana Wholesale will be on the Left-hand side. Loja Shopping Mall will be on the right-hand side. Continue driving straight down the Marang Road until the next Junction with Traffic Lights (Marang Road and Dinokwe Drive).

At the traffic lights, turn Left into Dinokwe Drive, then an Immediate Right into Sunshine Plaza Mall. We are located next to Nando’s Restaurant inside the Mall.

Drive straight and pass the Bus Rank on your left-hand side. After passing the Bus Rank, drive for around 700m and turn left, opposite Shell / Riley’s Garage. Drive straight past Prime Health Medical Centre on the right-hand side and Lewis on the left-hand side, into the parking area. Responsible Lending Group' will be on your right -hand side, next to BOPEU.

From A3 Highway to coming from Francistown

Driving towards Delta Shopping Centre turn left into Sekgoma road Drive straight for about 2km towards the roundabout at the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Tsheke Tsheko Rd/A3. Drive straight for about 300m and turn right opposite Shell / Riley’s Garage. Drive straight past Prime Health Medical Centre on the right-hand side and Lewis on the left-hand side, into the parking area. Responsible Lending Group' will be on your right -hand side, next to BOPEU.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.

We only finance Purchase Orders and Invoices to be discounted.

We do not issue personal unsecured loans.
